Curio Collective is owned and run by designers. We pride ourselves on curating accessories and home décor that are timeless and enhance the aesthetic of any home. However, we do understand that there are times when a return or claim is necessary. Whatever the situation may be, we will do our best to resolve. If additional help or clarification is needed, please contact us at hello@curiocollective.com we will respond as quick as we can.
CLAIMS
We are so sorry that your item arrived damaged, defective, or wrong. Please notify us at hello@curiocollective.com within 48 hours of receiving your item, to initiate a claim.
Please include the following information in your claim:
Our clients are responsible for noting damage on delivery or missing items and notifying Curio Collective. Make sure all items on the delivery receipt were actually received. Do not sign if you did not receive all items or make a note on the delivery receipt of the damage/missing item(s). Take a photo of the delivery receipt and email the Claims Department.
A claims representative will contact you within 2-3 business days with the next steps for the claim.
Curio Collective’s policy states that you have 48 hours of receiving your item to submit a claim.

Check below to ensure that your item is listed as returnable. All items being returned must be in their original condition with the original packaging. If you don’t see your item on the lists below, or if you have a question about a non-returnable item, please email us at hello@curiocollective.com.

· Final sale items or clearance items

If your item is returnable, begin the return process by emailing us at hello@curiocollective.com.
The customer is responsible for all return shipping fees, unless an item is received by the customer damaged, defective, or through error. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Return items at your own risk. Customer is responsible for packaging adequately and correctly. We are not liable for damage caused by incorrect return packaging. Items that are returned to Curio Collective damaged will not be eligible for a refund.
Delivery costs are not refundable.
Items returned within 14 business days from delivery will be refunded to the original form of payment, minus the 20% restocking fee.
Refunds will be returned to the original form of payment.
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order. Order cancellation request received after this time-frame will not be processed.
Please note the lead time when placing your order. Back-order dates are subject to change. Customers will receive notifications on affected items as information is available.
In rare cases, items may be discontinued and no longer available to ship. These items will be cancelled, and the customer will receive a full refund.
Refunds will be processed to the original form of payment.
