Our most common questions are answered below. If you don't find the information you need, please send us an email and we will get back to you quickly with an answer.

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unused items within 14 days of delivery date. All packaging must be intact in order to receive a refund. You can view the full policy, and request a refund by email. 

In general, items purchased at 50% off or below original price are considered final sale. Final sale items will be noted in the product listing. Additionally, special sales and promotions may make items final sale and will be noted in the details of the sale. 

Most of our products can be cleaned with a damp rag. Please note Individual care instructions on the tags of any rug or textile. 

We do our best to source many of our products from small vendors from the US, Mexico and Canada. Some of our products are made by artisans all over the world and are specified in many of the product descriptions.

We do our best to always have listed items in stock. With supply chain issues, we are doing our best to secure products in a timely manner from our vendors. We are continuously adding new products to the site every week.

Crystals have individual energies and purposes. Find the one that appeals to you visually and also serves a purpose in helping you focus or redirect your path for better. Each crystal listing has an extensive description of their purpose and healing powers. No two are alike.

Once you have submitted your order you cannot add to it, but if you give our customer service reps a call, they will help you place another order and ship it with your previous one so you will only pay shipping once. Most items stocked in our warehouse and placed Monday through Thursday ship within 48 hours. If it is an item coming direct from our vendor, items can take 5-7 business days to be processed. Orders placed after 8 AM MDT on Friday through Sunday will ship out the following Monday morning. However, during sales and promotions, it may take our shipping department an extra 1 to 3 days to process orders. We do not ship on weekends or holidays.

We don't. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii either.

Most of our items are artisan made and we celebrate tiny imperfections of what we consider "product character". We hope to always offer quality products, but recognize that every piece is a little unique when crafted. We photograph our products in the best lighting possible in order to represent them accurately. However, due to differences in computer monitors and perception of color, they may vary slightly from what you see on the site. Crystals and fossils in particular will have the most variation as they are a one of a kind piece, but we can reassure you that any one of them has been selected for quality.
